Through simple, graceful movements that are easy to learn, Tai Chi builds physical stamina, improves one’s balance, muscular strength, posture control, self-confidence, memory, and reduces the likelihood of falling. This Tai Chi program is designed specifically for older adults and can be done from the standing or sitting position.
Join us for this FREE 12-week program that includes a forty-five-minute course each Wednesday afternoon, taught by a certified Tai Chi instructor, Joy Ryker.
